Bruschetta alla Mio-Olio mit Knoblauchöl

Zutaten

2000 g Tomaten, 2 Zwiebeln, 2 Beutel Mio-Olio Knoblauch-Öl, 2 Bund Basilikum, 1 TL Pfeffer, 1 Prise Salz, 4 EL Olivenöl, 2 Baguettes oder Ciabatta


Zubereitung

Die Tomaten waschen und in kleine Stücke schneiden (würfeln). Die Zwiebeln ebenfalls in kleine Würfel schneiden und zu den Tomaten in eine Schüssel geben. Mio-Olio Knoblauch-Öl dazugeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Das Ganze kurz ziehen lassen und anschließend mit Olivenöl auffüllen. Das Baguette mit ein paar Tropfen Olivenöl beträufeln. Nun die Baguettes in den Ofen (nur das Baguette ohne Belag) bei ca. 200 ˚C backen. Nach ungefähr 7 Min. das Baguette aus dem Ofen nehmen. Das Basilikum klein hacken, mit in die Schüssel zu den Tomaten und Zwiebeln geben und abschmecken. Nun alle Baguettes belegen und servieren.

TIPP: Parmesan oder Mozzarella passt ganz hervorragend zu der köstlichen Bruschetta.
